Terms of instruction

Last updated 4 March 2026. These terms govern use of mesh-mapbase.digital and enrolment on Mesh Mapbase programmes.

Acceptance

By browsing this site, submitting a form, or accepting an invoice from Mesh Mapbase, you agree to these terms. If you are buying for a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company. We may refuse a seat where a fit conversation shows the programme would be unusable — for example where no event stream exists for Cohort Instrumentation.

This website describes programmes. It does not complete a sale. A contract for tuition begins when we accept your written confirmation and issue an invoice or enrolment letter.

The studio and the site

Mesh Mapbase is the teaching practice operating from 1 Rowland Rd; Otterburn; NE19 5PP; United Kingdom. Contact: info@mesh-mapbase.digital and 070 6006 2269. The site is informational. Fees shown are not offers to the world at large and may change between seasons.

Programmes

Syllabuses describe intended teaching. Tutors may reorder modules when a room needs it. Recordings are a courtesy, not a substitute for attendance where a Cartograph or Meridian seat was sold. We do not guarantee a particular vendor interface will still look the same on clinic day.

You remain responsible for your employer’s confidentiality. Do not paste secrets, customer personal data, or unpublished financials into shared clinic boards. Meridian Atelier work on live extracts proceeds only with written confirmation that you may share them.

Intellectual property

Workbooks, the Signal Atlas framing, slide desks, and recordings remain Mesh Mapbase’s intellectual property. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use them in your own job. You may not republish, resell, or run a competing course from them. Your homework, including definitions written against your product, remains yours. We may quote anonymised fragments in future teaching only with your permission.

The Mesh Mapbase name, wordmark, and gold mesh device are identifiers of the studio. You may say you attended. You may not imply a partnership or certification we have not written down.

Conduct

Clinics are small on purpose. Harassment, recording other students without consent, or using the room to pitch software will end the seat without a replacement recording. We will put that in writing.

Liability

Teaching is instruction, not professional advice on a named product launch, a fundraising deck, or a regulatory filing. App analytics judgements remain yours and your employer’s. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of revenue, retention, or employment.

To the extent permitted by United Kingdom law, Mesh Mapbase’s liability for a programme is limited to the fees you paid for that programme. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot legally be limited.

The site may be unavailable from time to time. We are not liable for a missed form submission; email info@mesh-mapbase.digital if the form fails.

Refunds and cancellation

Money-back rules live on the refund page and form part of these terms. Consumer cooling-off under United Kingdom distance contracts applies where you are a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your home courts. Nothing here limits a statutory right you cannot contract out of.

Changes

We may update these terms for a new season. The version dated on this page applies to new enrolments. Existing Cartograph seats keep the terms they accepted unless a change is required by law.
